The wormhole request reached the cluster, but the device did not accept a connection. It's likely offline, rebooting, or without connectivity.
What that means
The tunnel service queried your device but never received a response confirming it was ready to forward traffic.
Get it back online
- Ensure the device is powered on and connected to the internet.
- Open Prelude > Devices > Connectivity to confirm it shows online.
- Toggle the wormhole switch off/on in Prelude to restart the tunnel.
We'll keep checking for your device every few seconds.
